Our videos are mood videos that do not require speech. We have therefore not used subtitles. The transcripts or descriptions can usually be found directly below the video.

The additional integration of the provider EyeAble supports the accessibility of our website for a large number of users with its numerous functions.


Further Measures
Accessibility is very important to us and we want to set a good example. That's why we are constantly striving to further develop the topic in our organization. Our employees regularly take part in training courses to improve their skills. We also work closely with two accessibility experts who provide us with comprehensive advice on the subject.

Keyboard control
In post lists, the focus is not yet set correctly when selecting a new page. Our agency is currently working on this and it will be corrected soon.

Navigation/structure
We have paid attention to a correct heading structure. We are currently optimizing the heading structure on individual subpages in order to achieve even better usability.
The contact links are not yet optimized for screen reader users. We will adapt this in the near future.
If you use the search function on our website, the results are not yet optimally displayed for screen reader users. Our agency is currently working on this and it will be corrected in the near future.

Text alternatives
Some videos do not yet contain audio descriptions or transcripts. We will add these step by step. All new videos will be made available with a transcript or audio description.

Newsletter registration by third-party provider
If you have sent the newsletter registration, no status message is displayed to screen reader users. The newsletter provider cannot correct this barrier. Please check your e-mail inbox and confirm your registration in the e-mail you received from us. If you cannot find an e-mail in your inbox or spam folder, please contact us.

Accessible documents
Some embedded documents (e.g. PDF) are not fully accessible. We are working on changing this step by step. When creating new documents in PDF format, attention is paid to barrier-free design.
